46 Valencia Tech Hub is a strategic initiative led by the Valencia City Council and the Valencia Port Authority of Valencia to transform La Marina and its surrounding area into a leading urban innovation district.
Spanning 74,000 m², it brings together technology companies, startups, universities, research and technology centres, innovation hubs and public institutions to foster innovation, attract investment and create new opportunities for sustainable economic growth.
A city-wide commitment to leading innovation in the Mediterranean
València is already home to one of Southern Europe’s most dynamic technology ecosystems. 46 Valencia Tech Hub has been created to connect, strengthen and showcase that ecosystem internationally through a unique urban district where the city, the port and innovation converge.

A 74,000 m² area encompassing La Marina, the Juan Verdeguer area — home to Las Naves and La Harinera — together with strategic innovation assets located in Nazaret.
A strategic alliance shaping the future
46 Valencia Tech Hub is built on a strong public-private partnership that brings together the city’s leading institutions and innovation stakeholders.
Led by the Valencia City Council and the Valencia Port Authority, the initiative is supported by the University of València, the Universitat Politècnica de València, the REDIT network of technology institutes, innovation centres, technology hubs and the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
