The Valencian Community Foundation for Strategic Promotion, Development and Urban Innovation reserves the right to amend this Policy in order to bring it into line with legislative changes, case law, industry practices, or the interests of the Valencian Community Foundation for Strategic Promotion, Development and Urban Innovation. 2.5. Who is responsible for keeping the data up to date?
Furthermore, to ensure that the data contained in our electronic and/or paper files always reflects the current situation, we will endeavor to keep it up to date. To this end, the User must make the changes directly, when so authorized, or by notifying, through a reliable means, the relevant division or department of the Valencian Community Foundation for Strategic Promotion, Development, and Urban Innovation.
2.6. Who may be the recipients of your personal data?
Personal data will not be transferred or disclosed to third parties, except in cases necessary for the performance, monitoring, and fulfillment of the stated purpose(s), as provided by law.

The Valencian Community Foundation for Strategic Promotion, Development, and Urban Innovation will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures in its information system, in accordance with Royal Decree 3/2010 of January 8, which regulates the National Security Framework in the field of e-government, thereby complying with the principle of proactive responsibility, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of stored data, thereby preventing its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or unauthorized access; taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation, and the nature, scope, context, and purposes of the processing, as well as the varying likelihood and severity of risks associated with each processing operation.

In the letter, you must specify which of these rights you are requesting to be exercised and, in turn, you must present or, if sending by mail, include a photocopy of your ID card or equivalent identification document. In both cases, you must:

• Sign the form by hand or, if applicable and provided you have a recognized digital certificate, sign it electronically.
• Attach a photocopy of your ID card, passport, NIE, or other equivalent identification document. If acting on behalf of a third party, you must also include a copy of their ID card or equivalent identification document, as well as the document proving your authority to represent the data subject.
• Submit the form and documents proving your identity using any of the methods listed above.
d) Additional Information
The Valencian Community Foundation for Strategic Promotion, Development, and Urban Innovation will assess whether the request complies with the law. It will notify the petitioner of its decision and act accordingly: if the request is granted, it will take the appropriate measures in accordance with the right exercised; if the request is denied, it will indicate the legally available appeal procedures. In the event that requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive (e.g., repetitive in nature), the Valencian Community Foundation for Strategic Promotion, Development, and Urban Innovation may: (i) Charge a fee proportional to the administrative costs incurred; (ii) Refuse to act.

3. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON DATA PROTECTION
3.1. Suppliers
The personal data of the contract signatory, as well as of any individuals involved in or contacted in connection with the provision of the service, will be processed by the Valencian Community Foundation for Strategic Promotion, Development, and Urban Innovation, acting as the Data Controller.
The legal basis for the processing of data is the contractual relationship, for the purpose of entering into and performing the contract.
The purpose of processing is to maintain the contractual relationship, including related financial and technical matters, as well as to provide and monitor the contracted service(s) and, where applicable, to provide information regarding any issues related to them.
The data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any potential liabilities that may arise from that purpose and from the processing of the data, and may be required by the competent public authorities (Tax Agency, courts, or tribunals).
The data will not be disclosed to third parties, except when it is necessary or required to disclose it to public or private entities in order to manage the contractual relationship, as well as in the cases provided for by law.
3.2. Social Media
The Valencian Community Foundation for Strategic Promotion, Development, and Urban Innovation maintains various social media profiles to publicize its activities and interact with users. Users of these social media platforms who voluntarily choose to follow or be friends with the Valencian Community Foundation for Strategic Promotion, Development, and Urban Innovation consent to the processing of their personal data related to their profile for the purpose of interacting on the social media platform. The Valencian Community Foundation for Strategic Promotion, Development, and Urban Innovation does not collect data from social media for purposes other than those mentioned.
