Training for Social Entrepreneurs
About the programme
The Inclusive Impact Coworking Programme is a training, mentoring and support programme designed for entrepreneurs who want to develop initiatives with a positive social impact.
Led by València Innovation Capital in partnership with the EOI School of Industrial Organisation and co-funded by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), the programme combines practical training, collaborative working and personalised mentoring to help you transform an idea into a solid, sustainable project ready to create meaningful change.
Throughout the programme, you will work on key areas including business model development, inclusive solution design, social innovation, marketing, sustainability and fundraising, supported by experienced professionals and mentors specialising in social entrepreneurship.
Who is it for
The programme is aimed at entrepreneurs and teams looking to launch or grow an inclusive, socially-driven project that is still in its early stages of development.
We are looking for initiatives committed to innovation and to creating solutions that improve people’s quality of life, generate new opportunities and address social challenges through a sustainable and inclusive approach.
What does the programme offer
Practical training
Take part in 60 hours of face-to-face workshops at La Harinera, where you will develop and validate your business model using agile methodologies tailored to social and inclusive entrepreneurship.
Throughout the programme, you will gain the tools needed to design, validate and scale a social impact project, covering topics such as:
- Inclusive entrepreneurship and innovation.
- Design Thinking for inclusion.
- Social business models and the Business Model Canvas.
- Universal accessibility and innovation.
- Digital marketing and communications for impact projects.
- Sustainability, funding and legal aspects.
- Leadership and wellbeing in social projects.
Personalised mentoring
Each project will benefit from 40 hours of one-to-one mentoring delivered by experienced professionals who will help you turn your idea into a viable and sustainable project.
You will receive guidance from the initial definition of your business model through to the development of your business plan, following EOI’s Lean Startup methodology. You will also have access to specialist mentoring in those areas where your project requires additional support, helping you refine and present your initiative.
Collaborative workspace and community
The programme provides access to a collaborative workspace where you can share experiences, build valuable connections and collaborate with other entrepreneurs committed to social innovation.
You will also take part in networking events, meetings with industry professionals and knowledge-sharing sessions designed to foster new partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
The programme concludes with a Demo Day, where participating teams present the progress of their projects and connect with organisations, institutions and potential collaborators.
A free programme
The Inclusive Impact Coworking Programme is completely free of charge for selected participants. It is delivered by València Innovation Capital and EOI, and co-funded by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), the Spanish Ministry of Industry and Tourism, and the Valencia City Council.
