València Innovation Capital and BIGBAN Investors Spain are launching the Investment School for Entrepreneurs, a hands-on training program designed for entrepreneurs who want to prepare themselves to navigate an investment round with a clear strategy and the necessary tools to move forward in the process.

The program is structured into three modules and six sessions that cover the main stages of a funding round. The training will address how to define a funding strategy and determine the necessary capital, prepare documentation and key metrics, build the investor deck and pitch, and work on the startup’s valuation, the cap table, and negotiations with investors.

The final part of the program will focus on closing and finalizing the funding round, including the key provisions of a shareholders’ agreement, as well as post-investment monitoring, governance, and reporting to maintain a relationship of trust with investors.

The workshop will be held in person at Las Naves on October 15, October 30, and November 6, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Participation is free, and space is limited. Registration is subject to approval by BIGBAN.
