València Innovation Capital, as part of its commitment to strengthening innovation and sustainability in the agri-food sector, invites you to participate in the Demo Day for the second edition of the Agro·lab ToNoWaste program, which will be held on June 16, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the Las Naves building.

Programme

• 5:00 p.m. Reception for guests.
• 5:30 p.m. Opening remarks by Lucía Calabria Tasa, deputy director of technology entrepreneurship at València Innovation Capital.
• 5:40 p.m. Presentation by Elvira Domingo, Director of Resilient Agriculture at EIT Foods.
• 6:05 p.m. Pitches by the five startups participating in the 2nd edition of the Agro·lab ToNoWaste program.
• 6:50 p.m. Awards ceremony and closing of the event, hosted by Paula Llobet, Councilwoman for Tourism, Innovation, and Investment Attraction for the City of Valencia.
• 7:00 p.m. Reception and networking.

What is Agro·lab?

Agro·lab is the acceleration program launched by Valéncia Innovation Capital, the innovation center of the Valencia City Council, and developed as part of the European ToNoWaste project.

Through this program, we support startups that are creating innovative solutions to transform the agri-food system, reducing its environmental, social, and economic impact and promoting more sustainable and responsible models.

Over the past few months, five startups have been working intensively on developing and validating their solutions, receiving specialized training and mentoring from experts in the ecosystem, as well as support in defining and preparing proof-of-concept tests in real-world environments, in collaboration with companies in the sector.

June 16 | Demo Day

The program now culminates with a Demo Day, during which AI Harvest, Fibtray, Imita Natura, Plato Limpio, and Oreka Circular Economy will publicly present their innovative solutions.
