The Palacio de Congresos de València has been selected by Deliverance Enterprises as the testing site for an innovative robotics project. Through its participation in Valencia’s Urban Sandbox, the company is using the venue’s facilities to test its technology in a real-world environment with all the necessary guarantees and safety measures. The pilot evaluates two solutions that combine sensors, artificial intelligence and robotics to support hospitality and cleaning teams while improving the services they provide.

Specifically, the project assesses the performance of two robots: one designed for cleaning tasks and another that assists as a waiter in the café and during catering services at events held at the Palacio de Congresos. Both robots are connected to a digital platform that plans, monitors and analyses their performance and operational status in real time.

These robots automate routine tasks, provide logistical support to the venue’s auxiliary services and generate operational information on building maintenance, task management and performance. They also contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of the services offered.
