Support system for the fire service to assist with building evacuation and firefighting, providing real-time, accessible alerts to building occupants.

“ALERTESIV” Fires (+10 +100)

Challenge Objective

The ALERTESIV project involves the development of an interactive technological platform (alertesiv.com) designed to streamline both building evacuations and firefighters’ response operations in buildings with more than 10 storeys or over 100 dwellings, with the ultimate goal of saving lives.

The solution is structured around three user profiles: citizens, emergency services, and technical administrators. Each profile has a tailored interface designed to support real-time decision-making, with a strong focus on accessibility and the needs of vulnerable groups, including people with autism, hearing impairments, or care dependencies.
