Challenge Objective

The GrantIA project is developing an intelligent platform that streamlines the management of public innovation grants at València City Council through the use of artificial intelligence.

The solution automates the administrative review of applications, supports the technical assessment of proposals using predefined evaluation criteria, enriches the evaluation process with relevant publicly available information, and enables automated monitoring of funded projects. Its objective is to improve operational efficiency, process traceability and analytical capabilities while ensuring human oversight and compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Challenge launched in July 2025.
  • Project implementation from October 2025 to March 2026.

GovTech challenge delivered through a competitive call, with the award of a €50,000 small public contract and the possibility of further procurement through a negotiated procedure without prior publication.

Urban Context

The solution will be deployed as a support tool for the Innovation Service of València City Council, improving the evaluation of public innovation grant applications and the subsequent monitoring of funded projects.
