Challenge Objective

The SIGMA-IT project is developing a technological solution to improve the management of IT incidents reported by València City Council employees through the use of artificial intelligence and automation.

The solution includes an intelligent assistant capable of helping users resolve simple issues autonomously, automatically classifying, prioritising and routing incidents to the most appropriate technical staff, and forecasting periods of high demand using predictive analytics. The objective is to accelerate incident resolution, optimise IT support resources and improve the overall user experience.
